Project Spotlight - Nov. 2020

This 1980s Hyde Park home is located on a large lot and had gracious space for entertaining. It was full or potential but needed some major updates.

The new homeowner wanted to update the entire home – inside and out. We were hired to bring new life to this dated home with modern features and amenities to bring it into the 21st century.

The carpet and wallpaper throughout the home may have looked nice at some point, but now it was just dirty and dated. In addition to tearing out the carpet and replacing dated appliances, we knocked down walls and developed new usage for space to allow for a more open floor plan and better flow.

The galley kitchen was small and outdated. We helped to customize the space by opening it up to the living area and expanding the footprint. The client wanted a clean and modern design featuring beautiful white cabinets with white marble countertops and backsplash. The renovated kitchen is a functional and comfortable space with plenty of room for cooking and entertaining.

This ground-up full home renovation mixes modern elements with eclectic pieces, bringing warmth, and personality to the home. We were able to help our client maximize the square footage, bring new life to the space and make it feel like theirs.

The Ramos team also updated the exterior of the home, including the landscape design, paint, and outdoor living space.
