Home maintenance is a constant battle that every homeowner fights. The best way to manage this constant drip of work is to have a schedule and a plan to tackle maintenance tasks as they appear, but in our increasingly fast-paced and busy lives it can be difficult to find the time to manage home maintenance. Ramos Maintenance is here to help homeowners maintain peace of mind and provide a helpful hand with your home’s maintenance.

The Ramos Family has been working in construction and renovation for decades, and with that comes a large network of trusted and skilled subcontractors. Why choose ramos maintenance?

On average, a homeowner will spend between 1% and 4% of a home’s value on repair per year, and for every dollar spent on home maintenance, you can avoid spending $100 on costly repairs. Proactive home maintenance provides a much better return on investment, and as with all things, it pays to ensure that your money is spent on better quality results.

However, the average homeowner is not well versed in construction and can’t see at-a-glance whether the work being done is up to their standards, and so it may be difficult to judge the quality of the contractors they hire. Our team of project managers and carpenters have over 100 combined years of experience and have been immersed in the world of construction, renovation, and home maintenance for decades.

With Ramos Maintenance you can take advantage of not only our experience, but also the dozens of high-quality contacts we’ve made over the years with local subcontractors.

What IS the cost OF a ramos maintenance plan?

Ramos Maintenance plans are offered as annual subscriptions with transparent pricing. New subscribers must pay a one-time setup fee. Once subscribed, you will have 24/7 access to our in-house specialists at clear and affordable hourly rates, and for jobs that need to be subcontracted, our project management fee is a small 10% markup on the subcontractor invoice.

What can Ramos Maintenance do for me?

Ramos Maintenance Plans are not designed to cover every change or task a homeowner may want to undertake, but it can cover anything from changing hard-to-reach lightbulbs and air filters, to repairing a hole in drywall, to replacing a toilet or window. Tasks are subdivided into three categories: T&M Jobs, Bid Jobs, and Design Jobs.

T&M jobs, or ‘Time and Material’ jobs, are small jobs that can be done efficiently and effectively by our experienced in-house carpenters, and so we would simply run it against your budget at the cost of the time and materials required to complete the job.

Bid jobs would require expertise outside of the technicians we keep on staff, and so we would reach out to service vendors in our network and collect bids, then organizing and supervising the job on your behalf.

Design Jobs, are jobs that are too large to fit the scope of a Ramos Maintenance plan, such as a full room renovation, or something that would require multiple sets of technicians, and as such would instead be handled by our Design & Build process.
