This historic Tampa home, originally built in the 1920s, underwent a major transformation that carefully balanced modern functionality with the timeless character that made the property special in the first place. Ramos Construction fully renovated and modernized the home while preserving the charm and integrity of the original structure.
The scope included renovations to the daughter’s and son’s bedrooms, two bathrooms, the sitting room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, and pantry. Outside, the Ramos Construction team completely refreshed the Tampa home’s exterior living space with a new awning, TREX deck, updated pavers, and a fully redesigned driveway.
Inside, the renovation was extensive. The home was taken down to the studs, allowing the team to fully upgrade the plumbing and electrical systems to meet current Tampa code standards while creating a more functional and modern living experience for the family.
The result is a beautifully restored historic Tampa home that honors its 100-year history while being thoughtfully rebuilt for the next generation.
At Ramos Construction, every renovation is guided by a proven process known as The Ramos Way. Designed to keep projects moving efficiently while maintaining open communication every step of the way, the process helps homeowners stay informed, confident, and supported from concept through completion.
