Modern Condo Renovation

Demolition is underway on this spacious penthouse condo renovation in the gated, waterfront community of Laguna at Riviera Dunes. With open water views and a vibrant community, our clients intend to make this their forever home, but it needed an update.

The Ramos Design Build team was brought on to renovate the condo to emulate the modern style the client loves. The new designs mix wood with off-white and charcoal tones to achieve the modern look with a touch of personality.

For the kitchen design, we selected a Combination of a muted quartz for the countertop, backsplash and hood wrap paired with dark leathered granite for the kitchen island.

The client loves wine and envisioned a dedicated wine cellar, which we created by reworking the layout of the previous walk-in pantry. The new layout is aesthetically pleasing and allows plenty of space for wine and liquor storage.

Our client also desired a space to entertain and have fun. The Ramos Design Build Team designed a game room with a pool table and high-top tables for gathering. The space can also be converted into a dining room, when needed.

The new design also includes a design update to the home theatre, using rich colors and wood tones to create a modern, welcoming feel. These changes will bring consistency throughout the home and achieve the overall aesthetic that the client had been dreaming of.
