Our client decided to renovate their home to allow for more functional space for their soon to be family of four. Their vision was to maximize the space that they had and add square feet where necessary to achieve a more open living space and room for work and play. The clients love the modern industrial style with a touch of personality, which we achieved with fun wallpaper installed in strategic places throughout the home.
The client envisioned a larger, more open space for cooking, family time and entertainment. This home renovation project includes a full kitchen remodel, opening the space between the kitchen, living and dining rooms. The kitchen design features a large island with room for barstool seating, beautiful marble countertops with matching backsplash, dark grey cabinetry, double oven, and oversized refrigerator.
The current master bedroom has a small closet space and a low ceiling master bathroom. We added square footage to that area and re-designed the master bathroom to be bright and airy. The new closet space provides room for built-ins and a unique vanity with an attention-grabbing wallpaper mural.
The Ramos design team created a multi-use space to serve as a home office, playroom, and guest bedroom, as needed. Built-ins and a murphy bed save space and provide the perfect compact solution to create a multi-purpose space.
The floors throughout the home will all be updated to luxury vinyl planks for low maintenance and ultimate durability. The new flooring will also provide a seamless look from room-to-room.
The laundry room has been extended and cabinetry was added to create a purposeful mudroom feel. Having a dedicated space to store shoes, bags and outerwear is a huge perk for a growing family.
