Design Spotlight - Feb. 2021

The goal was to turn a tight crowded bathroom into an elegant sanctuary for our client. While there are limitations for being an apartment space, such as low ceilings and predetermined footprint, we were able to cut the existing wall dividing the toilet and vanity areas in half, improving the moody lighting and flow of the room. The old tub gave way to a larger and more accessible shower and a timeless Carrara marble tile was installed in a herringbone pattern on the floors and vanity wall for continuity, bringing the eye upward and making the space feel taller and bigger.

A mix of white and gray tones, paired cohesively with the marble, resulted in a classic and calming color palette.
