Furthermore, the presence of a Grand Oak tree at the rear of the lot required meticulous planning and structural design, with piles expertly driven between the root system under the guidance of a licensed arborist and the City of Tampa Natural Resources department.

Boasting 3,905 square feet of living space and a total underroof area of 5,028 square feet, this home offers ample room for comfortable living and working. With 5 bedrooms and 2 offices tailored for homeowners who work from home, every aspect of the design prioritizes both functionality and luxury.

Exuding modern farmhouse charm, the exterior features a harmonious blend of Hardie Board horizontal plank and Board and Batten envelop, accented by contrasting white paint with black window frames, metal and shingle roof, and garage doors.
