Owner Representation
As construction projects and design + build team relationships have grown in complexity, it is increasingly common for owners to hire a third-party professional to act as an owner representative. Quite often the owner representative brings a wealth of experience to the project and can provide an equally helpful, fresh look at a particular situation. At Ramos Companies, we offer owners representation for a fee by the hour on small to large projects.
Verified Vendors
As part of our commitment to customer experience, Ramos Companies has created a Verified Vendor program. The program proactively identifies, reviews, and verifies the vendors of common real estate and home maintenance services. We provide a mobile app that allows our customers to easily find qualified vendors in their area and creates a transparent network that eases communication. Our customers have the information they need right at their fingertips for any future home maintenance or construction needs.
Property Maintenance
We pride ourselves on building long tern relationships and being on top of mind for our clients' real estate needs. As part of our concierge service, and in conjunction with our Verified Vendor program, we work with you to create a custom maintenance program for your residential and/or commercial property. We strive to keep the path of quality and offer our services to help you maintain high value assets for the long term.
Warehousing and construction staging
Ramos Companies operates an expansive climate-controlled warehouse to provide our clients with a level of service not found anywhere else. We can accept and store large design orders, can stage custom construction in the warehouse to reduce time on your site, and can store customer furniture during renovation to ensure the safety of cherished belongings.
ABOUt ramos companies
Founder James Ramos started in construction with his family business at a young age. He is proud to follow in his father’s entrepreneurial footsteps. After graduating from University of Florida with an Economics degree, he went onto earn his MBA from Emory University, where he finished in the top 2% in his class. James led a 20-year career managing billion-dollar brands under companies such as General Mills, Unilever and PepsiCo. Despite his success in corporate America, James—the youngest of five brothers—felt compelled to return to his family’s real estate and construction roots. He has since built an award-winning design-build firm and operates one of the fastest-growing ReMax agencies in the country. But James believes that the secret to entrepreneurship is to “never stop innovating.” And throughout his years serving the Tampa Bay real estate and construction communities, he felt there was a better, simpler, more collaborative way to find, buy and create the home you want. Hence, the Ramos family of companies was born.
