The house has beautiful hardwood floors, beamed ceilings and arched doorways retaining the romantic charm of old Florida while the new furnishings provide the comfort you want during your vacation. The main house has 2 gracious bedrooms. The master has a king size bed and the guest room a queen - all mattresses are new. The separate guesthouse has a wonderful sleeping loft with another new queen mattress. NOTE: The Guest House is NEVER rented to another tenant - it is always included in the main House Rental which means you Do Not share the pool or property. In the main house, the large master suite has a freestanding tub, oversized glass shower and double sinks. The huge closet makes unpacking a breeze. There is a private terrace and a bonus feature - an enclosed outdoor shower. The second suite opens to both the pool area and a private deck for reading or sunning. The guesthouse has its own living area, kitchen and bath. You’ll love being close to everything this fabulous town has to offer – Walk 5 minutes down the tree lined streets and you are in Southside Village. There you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner at one of the many restaurants, and shop at the little boutiques. A 10 minute ride brings you to Siesta Key Beach - Bring our beach chairs and towels and experience the amazingly quartz sands - unique because they are soft and cool. Stay later and enjoy magnificent sunsets. While you are there you can try the many fun restaurants and shops of Siesta Key.
