Formica countertops, ceramic tile floors and pass through opening into dining room as been enlarged. Nice Berber type carpet, ceramic tile in kitchen, entry, hallway and bath. Porch is glass enclosed with hide-a-bed sofa for your guests-great private view of trees and greenbelt. Washer/dryer in master bedroom closet. Extra closet in hallway plus storage closet in porch. Burgundy is a 55+ community with heated pool, clubhouse, laundry facilities, shuffleboard and grills and picnic tables in various areas. Close to bus stop, shopping, restaurants and about ten miles to the beach.

Cash only since Burgundy does not carry flood insurance, I haven't found a lender that will give a mortgage.
