Buyers must educate themselves regarding the global pandemic known as COVID-19 (also known as the "coronavirus"). The Broker cannot adequately ensure protection against the largely unknown risks of transmittal of COVID-19. Although the Broker will not knowingly expose Client to COVID-19, the Broker is not a medical expert and frankly-not even medical experts currently have a grasp as to the various means of transmittal. Currently, the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, as well as State and local authorities have recommended isolation for all citizens, even those who show no symptoms and are generally healthy. Additionally, governmental authorities have put wide-ranging restrictions in place. Although in person meetings are permitted, Broker cannot provide protection related to COVID-19.
Buyer assumes all risks associated with entering property. Buyer will be solely responsible for their own health and hygiene, sterilization equipment (including but not limited to gloves, masks, hand sanitizer and any other products Buyer requires for Buyer's own protection). Broker will be diligent in their efforts to comply with any restrictions and preventative measures suggested or required by the federal government, the State and local municipality. Buyer accepts sole responsibility to ensure that Buyer is following all suggested or required measures as well. Understanding all risks, and understanding that Broker accepts no liability associated with or related to COVID-19; and Buyer notes to hold Broker harmless and release Broker from any and all liability related to COVID-19.
