Move With Me Episode 67: Working Together Is Better

In this episode, James Ramos and Jeff Harris from Hive discuss the growing popularity of working cooperatives. In today's world, there is an increased pressure for employers to provide their employees with the tools necessary for a relaxed work environment in order to maintain good mental health. James introduces the Dakota Design Build Cooperative, which seeks to horizontally integrate and collaborate across the spectrum of real estate, ultimately allowing different vendors to work together for the sake of the consumer. Jeff describes the logistics of setting up these cooperatives, from abiding by regulations and compliance for security, WIFI, and phone systems.

WHAT our clients SAY

“We hired Ramos to construct our home on Davis Islands. In all areas of the process, we found the firm to be professional and helpful.  We have now been in our home for 6 years and find the quality of the finishes and construction to be as solid as the day we took occupancy.”
