Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom plus powder room off main living area. Enormous kitchen with large breakfast bar and table seating will accommodate large groups. Newer appliances plus all dishes and small appliances you would need to create your gourmet meals. Family and Living Rooms have fireplace and Family room has large flat screen 3D TV with glasses. Also has stereo, DVD, CD player.
Open and bright with sliders off most of the rear of the house overlooking the sizable pool and deck area. Three poolside dining tables with seating for 16+ with chaise lounge chairs as well. You will want to reside outside.
There is an abundant amount of Activities and Attractions in the Sarasota/Bradenton area. These are just a few: Benderson Park, Mote Marine Aquarium, Ringling Museum of Art, Selby Botanical Gardens, Island Park, and Van Wezel Performing Arts. You can enjoy fine dining and shopping at St. Armand's or lay in the sun at one of our beautiful beaches.

Please note that no trucks are permitted to be parked outside of the garage - Commercial nor Standard, due to community deed restrictions. This property is leased on a first come, first serve basis.
